For 2027, we offer the following packages for May - October:

Basic Wedding Day Package $5,200 | 10-hour rental between 11am and 11pm

Includes the use of entire grounds and building
Includes Wildflower Event Company day-of-coordination services beginning two months before your wedding date
Includes a one hour rehearsal on the Wednesday or Thursday before your wedding
Additional hours available for $350/hr (based on availability)

Wedding Day Plus Prior Evening Package $6,500 | Begins at 4pm on the day before until 11pm on wedding day

Includes the use of entire grounds and building
Includes Wildflower Event Company day-of-coordination services beginning two months before your wedding date
Extra time for advance setup & rehearsal practice
Additional hours available for $350/hr (based on availability)

NEW! Friday Brunch Package $2,600 | 8-1pm rental

75 guests max

For non-peak wedding season (November - April)

take $400 off your total booking

($200 off Friday Brunch or Simple Sunday packages)

A $1000 deposit secures your preferred date.

The balance is due two months before your wedding date.

CCMI partners with Wildflower Event Company to include day-of-coordination services with all rentals.

These services are designed to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Services begin two months before your date and include:

A one-hour detailed venue walk-through one month prior to your wedding to address all questions and concerns
Two one-hour phone appointments to discuss wedding details, plus unlimited email assistance
Day-of-wedding timeline construction
Assistance with décor setup and breakdown
10hrs of day-of-wedding management:

o Overseeing and communicating with vendors

o Managing the previously constructed timeline

o Solving issues that may arise
