Basic Wedding Day Package $3,900 | 12-hour rental between 9am and 11pm​

Wedding Day Plus Prior Evening Package $4,800 | Begins at 4pm on the day before until 11pm on wedding day​​

For non-peak wedding season (November - March)
take $400 off your total booking​

A $1000 deposit secures your preferred date.
The balance is due two months before your wedding date.

Day-of-Coordination services are designed to ensure your day runs smoothly.
Services begin two months before your date and include:

A one-hour detailed venue walk-through one month prior to your wedding to address all questions and concerns

Two one-hour phone appointments to discuss wedding details, plus unlimited email assistance

Day-of-wedding timeline construction

Assistance with décor setup and breakdown

Day-of-wedding management:
o Overseeing and communicating with vendors
o Managing the previously constructed timeline
o Solving issues that may arise​

If you would like more extensive planning assistance, our Wedding Manager offers
enhanced Wedding Day Planning, Design, and Management packages.

Need an officiant? Our minister, Rev. Jennifer Castle, is available to officiate your traditional or non-traditional wedding for an additional fee of $500.
