Your Wedding, Your Way

For 2026, we offer the following packages for April - October:

Basic Wedding Day Package $4,400 | 12-hour rental between 9am and 11pm

Does not include an additional $200 set-up fee if you have over 100 guests
Includes the use of entire grounds and building
Includes Wildflower Event Company day-of-coordination services beginning two months before your wedding date
Includes a one-hour rehearsal on the Wednesday or Thursday before your wedding day
Additional hours available for $300/hr (based on availability)

Wedding Day Plus Prior Evening Package $5,700 | Begins at 4pm on the day before until 11pm on wedding day

Does not include an additional $200 set-up fee if you have over 100 guests
Includes the use of entire grounds and building
Includes Wildflower Event Company day-of-coordination services beginning two months before your wedding date
3 hrs of extra set-up and processional rehearsal added to Day-of-Coordination services
Additional hours available for $300/hr (based on availability)

For non-peak wedding season (November - March)

take $400 off your total booking

A $1000 deposit secures your preferred date.

The balance is due two months before your wedding date.

CCMI partners with Wildflower Event Company to include day-of-coordination services with all rentals.

These services are designed to ensure your day runs smoothly.

Services begin two months before your date and include:

A one-hour detailed venue walk-through one month prior to your wedding to address all questions and concerns
Two one-hour phone appointments to discuss wedding details, plus unlimited email assistance
Day-of-wedding timeline construction
Assistance with décor setup and breakdown
Up to 120hrs of day-of-wedding management:

o Overseeing and communicating with vendors

o Managing the previously constructed timeline

o Solving issues that may arise
