Your Wedding, Your Way

We are dedicated to making your day special in every way.

For 2024, we offer the following packages:

  • Basic Wedding Day Package $3,600 - Includes Wedding Day venue rental fee (indoor and outdoor) and Wedding Day Management Services.

  • Wedding Day Plus Prior Evening Package $4,400 - Includes venue rental fee and Wedding Day Management Services. (starts at 4:00 pm on day before wedding; an additional fee of $100/hour if earlier access is requested)

  • Outdoor Only Wedding $1,200 -  (all extra services are optional)

 

The Basic Wedding Day Package includes daytime and evening use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces, and includes these desirable extras:

  • Two Luxurious Wedding Suites for pre-ceremony pampering and prepping

  • Convenient on-site kitchen for your caterer or friends to use for holding, reheating, and serving prepared food and beverages

  • Nursery and children's playroom, and outdoor playground for your guests' use

  • Outdoor deck (with optional seating) off the main floor level

  • Adjoining spacious grounds for additional outdoor ceremony and celebration options

  • Free off-street parking for your wedding party and guests

  • Wedding Day Management (Day-of-Coordinator) services that begin two months before your wedding date (see details below)

 

 ​The Wedding Day Plus Prior Evening Package includes everything listed under the Basic Wedding Day Package plus the use of the facilities (indoors and outdoors) for rehearsal or advance setup beginning at 4:00 pm on the day before your wedding. Includes a processional rehearsal run through. Need access before 4:00 pm? If available, you may rent additional time for $100/hour.

The Outdoor Wedding Only Package is designed for couples who desire an outdoor wedding only. You may use any of our outdoor spaces, including the ceremonial space, but please note that we do not have outdoor-access restrooms and this option does not include access to the building.

 

Our Wedding Day Management Services (included in the total daily rental fee) are designed to ensure your day runs smoothly and is stress-free for you, your family and friends. These valuable Day-of-Coordinator services include:

  •    A one-hour detailed venue walk-through one month prior to your wedding to address all questions and concerns
  •    Two one-hour phone appointments to discuss wedding details, plus unlimited email assistance during the two months prior to your wedding
  •    Day-of-wedding timeline construction
  •    Day-of-wedding management, to include:

          o   Overseeing and communicating with vendors

          o   Managing the previously constructed timeline

          o   Solving any issues that may arise

  • Assistance with décor setup and breakdown, if desired

 

If you would like more extensive planning assistance, our Wedding Manager offers enhanced Wedding Day Planning, Design, and Management packages.

 

A $1000 deposit secures your preferred date. The balance is due two months before your wedding date.

 

You are not required to use any of our recommended vendors, so you are welcome to bring your favorite caterer, food truck, bartender, DJ, or musician. It’s your wedding, so you deserve to have it your way! 

 

Please note, CCMI is a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, on the decks, or in the outdoor ceremonial space. We ask that you leave the church and grounds in the condition you found them (no cigarette butts, please!).

Getting married in 2025

Need an officiant? Our minister, Rev. Jennifer Castle, is available to officiate your traditional or non-traditional wedding for an additional fee of $500.
