Your Wedding, Your Way
The rental fee is $2,000 per calendar day. Your reservation, with a $600 deposit, secures both the indoor and outdoor spaces for your wedding date. If desired, you may reserve the facility the evening before for rehearsal and set up starting at 3:00 pm for an additional fee of $600.
The daily rental fee includes daytime and evening use of both the indoor and outdoor spaces, and includes these desirable extras:
Luxurious Bride’s Suite and private Groom’s Quarters for pre-ceremony pampering and prepping
Convenient on-site kitchen for your caterer to use for holding, reheating and serving prepared food and beverages
Covered outdoor deck (with optional seating) off the main level
Adjoining spacious grounds for additional outdoor ceremony and celebration options
Free off-street parking for your bridal party and guests
There are no food and beverage minimums as we do not offer catering services. Bring your favorite caterer, bartender, DJ and musicians. It’s your wedding, so you deserve to have it your way!
Please note, CCMI is a nonsmoking facility. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, on the decks, or in the outdoor ceremonial space. Please leave the church and grounds in the condition you found them (no cigarette butts, please!).
